Mid-term acceptance of agricultural center

The project of agricultural demonstration center in Mozambique passed the mid-term acceptance.
 
December 15, 2009, it was in the rainy season in Mozambique. With the pleasant weather, under the white cloud, in the breeze, mid-term acceptance team which made up of four people came to the China aid project Mozambique agriculture demonstration center that supervised by our company for two-week mid-term quality inspection and acceptance work.

 

The inspection team had four people, one official from cooperation bureau named Du Kun, the other 3 people were from Hebei Water Engineering Bureau. After the inspection team arrived at site, they held the first meeting of mid-term acceptance, communication and discussion meetings with all parties in the construction, , the last meeting of mid-term acceptance. During the inspection, they mainly inspected the paper documents formed in the construction process. And they measured the construction quality at site.

 

In the inspection of the documents and files: they made sampling inspection about the process and quality control documents, acceptance records of concealed works, change of design that formed during the construction process. They consulted the construction organization design, technology requirements, construction diaries, training records and records of safety managements. they also made sampling inspection about supervision detailed rules, supervision diaries, supervision meeting minutes and safety inspection records. The documents and files passed the inspection.

 

In the quality inspection of the construction entity:  the mid-term quality inspection and acceptance team made sampling inspection about the construction entity. The sampling  inspection places were training classroom, exhibition hall, living room, maintenance room, brooding rooms. The sampling items were: concrete columns, beams, masonry wall verticality, wall roughness, the appearance of masonry, and the measurements of some structural columns, doors, windows and the height of the ground floor of the comprehensive building. In the total of 111 sampling items, 100% were qualified.

 
In the inspection process, they made operation evaluation about quality and occupational health and safety management system. They believed that the operation of quality management system and occupational health and safety management system basically accorded with the requirements of GB/T19001: 2008 and GB/T28001: 2008.

 

Through nearly half a month inspection, the mid-term quality inspection and acceptance team were satisfied with the work of the supervision team that sent by our company. They thanked our supervision team for their cooperation and support in the inspection process. In the acceptance report, they gave positive affirmation on the work of our supervision team. They said our supervision team handled the supervision work in time for the project quality and project management.

 

December 24, 2009, the China aid project Mozambique agricultural demonstration center successfully passed the mid-term acceptance. Our supervision team were confident that in the follow-up work, they could make persistent efforts and complete the supervision task with a full success.  Under the leadership of the business office, our supervision team would cooperate with the design company and construction company and would ensure the successful completion and transfer of the project in time.
