Shen Yang Engineering Supervision & consultation,.LTD (Shenyang Supervision)  was founded in Jan 1st  1993, which was approved by National Ministry of Construction 

with qualifications of A class for housing construction engineering supervision,municipal 

public utilities engineering supervision,highway engineering supervision and communic-

ation engineering supervision as well as that of B class for mechanical and electrical in-

stallation  engineering  supervision  which is  approved by Department of  Construction

of Liao Ning Province  and  power  engineering  supervision. Furthermore,it is also one 

of qualified  companies for the foreign aid  turn-key project  construction and  supervis-

ion and is recorded by The National Ministry of Commerce. It holds the certificate of ov-

erseas  project  contracting of People's Republic of China issued by Departmentof Liao 

Ning   Province  Foreign  Trade  and   Economic  Cooperation . In addition , it is one of 

members of China  Construction  Supervision  Association, having  passed authentica-

tion  of  ISO9001  Quality  Management  System,  Environmental  Management System
