Our company has successfully stepped into the construction supervision business of China aid projects in foreign countries and international contract business of concessionary loans. On November 26, 2009, Shenzhen Huawei Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. formally informs our company by a letter, they congratulate us for winning the bid of Congo Kinshasa Huawei technical training center project as third-party management consultant on project site.  
 
       Congo Kinshasa Huawei technical training center project occupies 0.65 hectares, the total construction area of the center is 15,753 square meters. The center is divided into two part: office building and boarding house. One office building and one boarding house with attached facilities. The basement is mainly garage and equipment room ; outside the building are basketball court, green belts and parking lots.
  
 
  
       The project is the first integrated construction project of Huawei company in African continent. It is the first time cooperation between our company and the world's leading telecommunications solutions provider - Huawei company.
