China Aid Mali Hospital Project, which is supervised by our company, passed the interim test successfully on November 5, 2009, by the contributions of all construction participants. The testing group was formed by four officials from Jiangsu Construction & Engineering delegated by Ministry of Commerce. The testing group arrived at Bamako, the capital of Mali on October 29th and began visiting testing that day afternoon. On October 30th, the first meeting of interim test was held in Commercial Office and listened to the advices from official of the Commercial Office to prepare for the test. The testing group held meetings with the construction company, supervision group and design representatives separately to know the process of construction. They also made actual measurements to axes, elevation and physical dimension of the main building; they made Rebound test of concrete structure for testing the strength of mortar and bricks.

On November 4th, Director Mr. Du of office of Executive Bureau, testing group, construction company, supervision group and design representatives made test to the exterior image of the main building. Through the test, the testing group certified all the construction documents and project quality was according to the shop drawings and specifications of testing, the main project quality was qualified. They gave certification and praise to the supervision group and the supervision record documents. In the overview meeting, counselor Mr. Zhang also gave praise to the supervision engineers for their carefulness and strictness on the quality.

Through the test, the testing group certified all the construction documents and project quality was according to the shop drawings and specifications of testing, and they said that in such poor construction condition, short period for completion, tight progress programme and large quantity of work, the supervision engineers, design representatives and construction technical group cooperated together, making beneficial effects and stage success.
