When President Gbagbo saw building G had been capped, he said happily:”I came for the ground-breaking ceremony on April 4th, and only four months after that, you have completed one building. Your construction pace is so fast, and I hope you can keep it on.” Then, President Gbagbo express his sincere regards to Chinese Staffs, listen to their practical difficulties in the process of construction, and he urged the relevant local government departments to adopt effective measures to ensure the smooth progress of the project. In the speech given last, President Gbagbo thanked the Chinese Government and supervision and construction personnel, he felt satisfactory with the quality and progress of the project. And generally speaking, he felt satisfactory with everything he saw today.
