The 2008-2009 Shenyang  Excellent and Good Quality Projects Assessment Standards were released on November 9， 2009. There were 14 Excellent Projects and 81 Good Quality Projects. The construction quality consists of two stages of project structure and unit construction. The qualified standard of Excellent Project is 92 score and above, those over 85 score but less than 92 will be classified as Good Quality Project.

Vanke – Central Park 9-5# and 9-6# buildings, Vanke – A Glamorous City 1-2# and 1-3# buildings, which were supervised by our compnay were selected as Excellent Project, which took up 29% of all the Excellent Projects. Vanke – A Glamorous City 25# and 26 # residence buildings, which were also supervised by our compnay were selected as Good Quality Project.
