On December 30^th, 2011, supervision by our company, the China aid Angola Luanda General Hospital Expansion Project starts to work. The Commercial Counselor of Chinese Embassy in Angola Miss Xia Xiaoling, the Director of the Luanda General Hospital Mr. Rui Mario, the supervision group leader Mr. Li Zhongchang and Mr. Yue Junhua the manager of the general constructor Overseas Engineering Company of China Railway No. 4 Engineerning Group, have attend the official launching of the project.

At the meeting, Xia Xiaoling, the Commercial Counselor announced the commencement of the project and gave a speech, which requires the project should be treated like a political task, all the units should exert each other's advantages, enhance management, make the Angola Luanda General Hospital becomes the first-rate hospital and a landmark. Our company will uphold the principle of “scientific management; law-abiding business; honest service; pursuing perfection” and the attitude of “doing things in ditails, without leaving problems overnight and attending to everything personally”, to give the best supervision work for the project, contribute to the friendship between China and Angola.
